As a doula I provide physical and emotional support during pregnancy and birth.

My services include prenatal appointments, my time for the birth, and 1

postpartum appointment. During the prenatal appointments we will discuss past

pregnancies and births, what your wishes are for this birth, and talk through what

you want your birth to look like. I’ll also get to know you and your spouse and/or

family. I will be there for the entirety of your birth, and can help getting a first latch

established if you are planning on breastfeeding. I will come around 1 to 2 weeks

after baby is born to visit and see how things are going.

Clients can also call, text, or email me anytime once we are under contract with

questions or concerns.

 

Below is the price and description of my current rates:

 

$650 - Doula Package Includes

• 2 Prenatal visits to discuss the parent’s desires and preparation for birth

• One postpartum visit 1-2 weeks postpartum 

• Phone and email support as needed during pregnancy and immediate postpartum

• On call from 37 weeks – 1 week postpartum

• Assistance in creating a birth plan

• Labor support at home, hospital, or birth center as needed

• Emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth
